If you are dissatisfied with our hosting service for any reason and you cancel your account within 30 days of activation, you will receive a full refund. The 30-day money back guarantee applies only to Linux Web Hosting Accounts.
Exclusions: The 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to Domain Name Registration, Website Design services, or other customized services. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be "returned" until the duration of the domain term has expired.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, please provide the following details to our support team:
- Name and e-mail address under which the purchase was made.
- Order-confirmation number as shown on your confirmation e-mail.
Processing Time: Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original account within 15-20 business days.
