Terms & Conditions

By placing an order for website design or other services with Rs999 Web Services, the Client accepts the following terms and conditions. Rs999 Web Services reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

1. Scope of Services & Exclusions

Graphic Design and GIF Animations are not included in our standard Rs.5999 website plan.

2. Additional Features & Updates

• Dynamic Features: Additional dynamic features requested after the website has been uploaded and is active will be subject to additional charges.
• Changes or Updates: Additional updates or changes requested after the website has been uploaded and active will be done free of charge, subject to fair usage.

3. Content & Materials Submission

• Write-Up (Content): Soft copies of text content must be saved in MS Word (.doc/.docx) format. Content in non-editable PDF, JPG, Excel, or hard copies will not be accepted. The client must provide editable text categorized appropriately (e.g., Home, About Us, Services, Products & Contact Us).
• Images & Logos: All images must be in .jpg, .jpeg, or .gif formats and labeled appropriately. Preferred placement should be mentioned clearly. All logos/images must be provided by the client, or the client may purchase them from stock websites.
• Finalization: Layout, fonts, and corporate colors must be finalized before submitting materials to us.

4. Delivery Timeline

• A period of 5 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) shall be allowed for the construction of the website. This period commences only from the day all finalized materials are submitted.
• Up to 3 rounds of minor corrections (grammatical fixes, text editing, background color changes) are allowed. Layout changes are subject to additional charges.
• Delivery timelines may be adjusted depending on project complexity and the promptness of material submission by the client.
• Rs999 Web Services is not responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to submit materials on time, and will not be liable for any resulting loss of earnings or compensation.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Client must ensure that all submitted materials are original and free from third-party copyright/trademark protection, or that appropriate permission has been obtained.
• The Client assumes full liability for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from their website content.
• The website design, graphics, and programming code remain the property of Rs999 Web Services and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with written permission.
• The Client is not allowed to resell or redesign the website code/design provided by us.
• A fee of Rs.2000 is required to remove the "Powered by / Designed by Rs999 Web Services" footer credit, as our services are provided at highly discounted rates.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Client agrees that Rs999 Web Services disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising out of access to the website or our services, including but not limited to:

• Damage to or loss of data.
• Loss of revenue, profits, or consequential economic loss.
• Disruption or suspension of the website or services.
• Computer viruses or inaccuracies introduced to the Client's system.
• Force Majeure events (Acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, trade disputes, etc.).

In any event, Rs999 Web Services' liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific services rendered giving rise to the claim.
